Tom is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor. We started looking for a house and we were first time home buyers so the thought of buying was a little intimidating. Tom kindly met with us and walked us through the whole process and answered many questions that we had ready for him. When we were finally ready to start looking at houses, Tom was always ready to work around our busy schedules and was more than willing to change plans if we needed to. We felt confident throughout the search that Tom was going to keep coming up with great listings to show and he certainly did. It was amazing to work with a Realtor that has a background related to home construction because not only was he knowledgeable about the buying process but he could also answer questions on general home maintenance and how involved different repairs and changes might be. You’re simply not going to find many other Realtors that know their stuff like Tom does. Once we found our dream house, Tom was right there and had excellent strategies on negotiating and while there were two other offers on our home, we got it! Tom is a fabulous Realtor and very easy to work with and I would recommend him to absolutely anybody.
